Geneo Oxygen Facial pre and post treatment
We are very excited to have you in for a Geneo Oxygen Facial! If you have not yet had this service before, please be sure to follow our instructions below:
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you checked in for your treatment. Please discontinue the use of any retinols or active ingredients 24-48 hours before your treatment to avoid any irritation. Please be sure to arrive to your appointment with a clean face so our medical esthetician can do a full evaluation and consultation prior to starting your treatment.
Please remember to avoid your active ingredient products, sauna’s, and scrubbing your face for 24 hours following your treatment or longer if any sensitivity occurs. Please be sure to let your provider know if you are taking any medication, are pregnant, breast feeding, or have any allergies.

Infrared sauna pre and post treatment:
Please arrive 5-10’minutes before your scheduled visit so we can check you in and get you familiar with our facility. You have full access to our luxury shower after your sauna session. Prior to your arrival, please stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids prior to and following your infrared sauna visit. An Infrared Sauna session may not feel as uncomfortable or hot as a traditional sauna, and that is because the infrared light therapy heats the body and not the air. This is an important factor in the benefits of infrared sauna therapy. You can comfortably stay in the infrared sauna for up to 30 minutes and take away all the benefits without the discomfort.
- A sauna suit can be added to your visit for an additional $10. This can increase perspiration and detoxification of toxins in the body, in addition to burning more calories, and boosting the metabolism.
It is best to arrive with no makeup on and to bring an extra pair of clothes as you are left very sweaty after your session. It is recommended you are in the infrared sauna for no more than 30 minutes to obtain all of the endless benefits. Following your infrared sauna session, your body has released many toxins. It is important to rinse off or wipe down within 75 minutes to remove the toxins. Some research shows that the body continues to burn calories and release toxins for up to 1 hour after the infrared sauna session, which leaves your desire to rinse off immediately or 1 hour later to your discretion.
Please let us know if you have any injuries, acne prone skin, or lung issues as we can add a combination of different light therapies and sea salt therapy to give you a very customized session. We have an emergency button in the sauna should you feel light headed, please ring for us and we will assist. Please be sure to sign the liability waiver prior to your visit and let us know if you have any questions at all!

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face unless you are coming for an IV or weight management injection. If you need to numb for your treatment, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. At the time of your visit, should you have any questions regarding any other treatments or services, based on time, our provider will be able to answer questions and offer additional information.
Following any injectable treatments such as Botox/Dysport or any fillers: please avoid the sauna, massages, facials, laying on your face, or aggressively wiping the face for 2-4 weeks. Please be sure to treat your skin like an open wound for up to 8 hours and wipe all makeup brushes clean, change pillow cases, and wash your hands prior to coming in contact with areas that have been injected.
